The Blaze has been primarily designed for short, fast turns but the three different radii, together with the tip-to-tail hybrid multilayer wood core, adapt to any riding style, however ambitious. A further notable new feature is the suspension tip, which makes its debut in the Blaze series. The elasticated, rubbery material on the tip and tail acts as a bumper in wind-blown or tracked conditions. It also improves resistance to disruption and provides fantastic flotation. Thanks to its lightweight, the Blaze skis are also used as freeride touring skis. At 106mm under the binding, The Blaze 94 weighs only 1546g (@ 179cm) and is built for an extremely wide range of use in all off-piste conditions. At just 0.3mm thick, the Titanal binding platform provides direct power transfer and a fast pressure built-up from one edge to another. This gives the ski a most direct response right from the turn initiation. In order to preserve the full flexibility and agility, there is intentionally no Titanal included in the tip and the tail.
